    mountain hiker / stand hunter dilemma

Exactly what I wanted. I hunt public and in the App mtns in Va which means i need to hike up elevation which leads to excessive sweating, followed by long sits in a climber. Like a lot of guys i was stuck in between the need for breathable hiking boots but also needing insulated boots for sitting. I bought the XL and it fit perfectly over my size 10 UNINSULATED boots. I havent used them in the field yet but cant imagine how they wouldn't work. There is plenty of dead air to insulate and room for hand warmers. I think this might have finally solved the mountain hiker / stand hunter dilemma. I can't wait to try these this season....will report back

Perfect for putting on over boots once I get to the stand and keeps my feet warm and also helps keep the morning dew I walked through from freezing over on my boots! Worth every penny, I throw them over my shoulder and  once I climb up I put them on adds hours to my sit time by keeping my feet toasty

Ordered these like the description said. They were too small. I contacted the seller and they were wonderful about it. I sent them back with a check for $6 for shipping - which was no big deal - and they sent me the next size. They fit perfectly. Hubby didn't have a chance to use them for hunting however, his feet were like ice so i slid them on his feet and after a short while he took them off because his feet were warm. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who has a problem with their feet getting cold while sitting somewhere hunting.
