The 14002 measures 5-inches in diameter with an open aperture of 3.5-inches. Use with any of NICOR’s 4-inch recessed housings for a perfect match, or use with an existing 4-inch recessed housing. Like that it semi hides the 10* sorna led light but still swivels and rotates. Used four of these and they are excellent

I searched local lighting stores and hardware stores. No one had this fixture. I should have looked here first. It is identical to the one that was originally installed when the house was built ten years ago. Quality seems great and it fit perfectly into the ceiling mount.
