## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this razor compatible with Trac II plus blades?**
A: The Gillette Trac II blades don't fit this handle.

**Q: Is there any warranty on this product other than the Amazon 30 day return window?**
A: I do not believe it has a warranty, but I have been using mine for about a year and I am very happy with it. I do not think it needs one. It's a great razor. Seems very well built.

**Q: does the head unscrew from the base or is it one piece?**
A: It's one piece - the blades just slide on/off. Amazon has a great price on replacement blades.

**Q: i have gillette trac II plus razor blades will they fit this razor**
A: They are supposed to fit, but the head is too small and the Trac II blade slides back and forth and can even fall off. Even the Taconic brand blades made for it don't fit tightly enough. So disappointed, and the handle is not eligible for return.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good weight
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 April 2020*

Pleased with this product. Sits well to the face and gives a good shave. Like others, more than two blades is a waste and a bit of a faff.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trac 2 (Trac II, G2, G II) Compatible Razor
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 September 2026*

Provides excellent shaving; rather heavy - don't drop onto ceramic washbasin !

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 19 November 2019*

I really like this razor handle. Good quallity, and heavy solid metal construction. The only issue I really have is that the back of the cartridge is blocked by the handle, so debris will sometimes get clogged between the blades, instead of rinsing out.Having said that, it's much better than the disposable rubbish, and closer than electric shavers. It's weighty, and makes things much easier.Hopefully getting replacement blades won't be too much hassle.
