One of the staples in my pantry is this vegetable stock - I use it when making soups, stews, seitan, pastas, stirfrys, and more. I love that it's relatively low sodium (I'm very sensitive to salt), and it has a pleasant taste. We go through about a box a week on average, and when I ran out in between deliveries and went to the store and grabbed some of the store brand, the taste just wasn't the same.
