Beautiful! I wanted an electric fireplace for quite a while and looked at Lowes, Home Depot and Menards as well as several here on Amazon. Finally ordered this one and could not be happier. Went together easily in just under an hour. No extra tools needed; it came with an allen wrench - that's all you need. Simple, clear instructions. I don't need the supplemental heat feature, but I checked to make sure it worked. The "flames" have 5 different levels of brightness and everything is accessed by remote control or on the unit itself.It will never be mistaken for an actual wood burning fireplace, but it does look really great. I almost spent a LOT more, but I'm really glad I didn't.Really love it!

It is SO BEAUTIFUL!  Great price for a nice quality item. It's super slim so it fits in our small space. It heats up the entire room and looks so nice when it's on. I love that when you turn it off, the "embers" slowly fade instead of it turning off abruptly. Nice little touch to make it a little more realistic. If you're looking for a quality product that delivers exactly as advertised, this is for you!  Mantle and firebox all included for one price, operates by remote. Don't hesitate. Get this one. I looked at others that cost anywhere from $200-$500 more and this one delivers exactly what I needed for far less.
