As expected the charger messed up...and let me correct that the charger port did. I bought this for my very energetic 3year old. It has been thrown, taken rides down the slide, and of coarse dropped. This tablet inside is Unharmed!! However, the only down fall is it is very awkward to plug in the charger. Once you get it in there it is bent due to the very tight fit. So now we have problems with the tablet holding a charge. I don't know if it is the tablet or if the charger has a bad connection due to the cord being pinched to fit in. The section for getting the charger into the hole is a snug fit but not a problem. I love the handle and it makes me feel more at ease when my son is carrying it around. He loves the bright green color and the handle pivots so he can sit it up and watch videos.
