**Q: It appears that the main body of the bag is made out of real leather, but the handles and a shoulder strap are definitely not leather! why?**

Considering the weight bearing of human hands and shoulders, we chose microfiber leather to make handles and shoulder straps, which are as strong and durable as real leather and can also reduce the weight of bags. Making the bag more comfortable to carry. We will keep improving the design and quality of our products!

**Q: Do the sides hold up or do they sag?**
A: The outsides are very sturdy and hold up great. The inside zipper compartment sags but I used a safety pin to tighten it up. It's a really nice purse, especially for the price. I have bought two now. Bought a different brand and because the quality was not the same I had to return it.
