If you look at the product picture there's a spot in the back where the straps cross in an X, by securing that X in place, it not only made wearing the holster much easier (I can just shrug it on like a vest now), it also provided a bit more structural rigidity to reduce the sliding. 2) Holster swings into the open when you lean forward. I added an adjustable nylon strap to connect the two bags across my lower back, so every time I lean forward it hangs off my back instead of swinging out from my shoulders.
