I love stepping on the 1/2 rounds, and using the pinky ball! Oh and the tough spots are easier to workout! Love it, quickly delivered, good value. My favorites are the "Franklin Fascia Massager" ( I will be using this one often) and the "Half Balls". I use the half balls for stretching my feet and calves and they work great. I particularly like the sturdy medium size orange ball for my back. There's a spiky roller for your foot which also feels good. I don't use the two smaller balls, which aren't as sturdy, nor the larger blue ball. Everything comes in a mesh bag for easy portability. While I've experienced some pain relief from these, I think the set is overpriced at its price (as of this review) of $44.99.
