The whole set comes with a Launcher, the ripcord and a Beyblade. Perfect for any person starting out getting into Beyblade. Its even fun that the Top lights up when launched! I would recommend changing the LR41 Button Batteries because when I received mine, the 2 batteries were starting to leak. Replace those ASAP so the insides of the Performance Tip doesn't get corroded.
