It smells wonderful. It’s perfect for extracting the beans. They smell and taste AMAZING!! I started the extract process in January and tbh it looks like its already done (April) but I will let it infuse/extract until December and I will use for Christmas gifts. Will update this if anything changes but it seems to be a great value for the money!! Purchasing vanilla extra has become SO expensive and extracting your own makes great gifts, you know all the ingredients and its cheaper than store bought..
