**Q: How can you change bulb**
A: Very simple to change the bulb. Turn cooled burner upside down and pinch the two metal plates together then remove. Unscrew bulb and replace with new. Pinch metal clips together again and slot the groove back into the base.

**Q: Could anyone tell me where i can get spare bulbs for this burner**
A: Its the same bulb as an oven bulb wilko, b&q, easy to get hold of

**Q: Do you have an email address please?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can you use oil instead of wax**
A: Possibly but you would have to watch the oil temperature it may become a fire hazzard

I brought this product for my friend's birthday and had to get one for myself. It looks nice when not in use, but very pretty when in use when casting images on the walls and furniture from the light. Melts well and very easy to remove used wax. My only criticism is that there is no function to use it as either a lamp or warmer without using both

    Stopped working after a few weeks

The burner was great after the first couple of burns, but then about a month down the line, out of the blue, after being on for about 5 minutes, the bulb blew and the fuse in the plug also stopped working. So there is no power whatsoever going to the burner. Feeling a bit let down.

    Awful chlorine type smell

Looks lovely when lit but gives off an awful chlorine type smell. Used it a few times hoping the smell would burn off but no. Its awful. Cannot use it because the smell over powers the wax melt. Total waste of money.
