Great product! Dr oz suggested 900 mg per day along with adding beans to one meal every day. I also added about 40 oz of water to my daily regimine. Within one week, I lost 1 inch from my waist! no exercise at all. the premise is to calm stressors in abominal fat to aid in the release during dieting. It worked. I was not doing any particular diet; I even ate at burger king a few times and still got good results. I recommend!
