Review: Let It Rain - Ordered this one but I wanted the ceiling shower head. Instead of returning the whole item I just wanted the ceiling arm ship to me and I would return the wall arm. Contact the seller and they shipped me the ceiling arm at no charge and said I could keep the wall arm.👍🏻Can’t ask for more customer service than that. The faucet works great and looks good. Water pressure 👍🏻Love the color.

Ordered this one but I wanted the ceiling shower head. Instead of returning the whole item I just wanted the ceiling arm ship to me and I would return the wall arm. Contact the seller and they shipped me the ceiling arm at no charge and said I could keep the wall arm.👍🏻Can’t ask for more customer service than that. The faucet works great and looks good. Water pressure 👍🏻Love the color.

Straight foward installation. Nice finish. Been using it for two months and still no fading, rusting, or discoloration. The shower stem was a little short after the tile installation and the company was kind enough to ship me an extended stem for free! Great product, great customer service, and would definitely reccommend.

Not any specific name brand, strange fittings that you’d have to basically redo all shower piping to make it work. Not an easy weekend project. With how expensive it is, I didn’t expect a generic off brand fixture.
